Banged up shins box jumps NO NO

Banged up, bloody and/or bandaged shins is no crossfit merit badge. It really means that you're jumping too high before mastering the technique and easier jumps. Workout smarter, get coaching and plenty of practice. You can break a leg doing or fall on your head doing box jumps.
